Everyday I witness the struggles people with spinal injuries go through. As a physiotherapist at the Burwood Spinal Unit I see our patients dig deep, challenge themselves and make astounding progress. I want to pay tribute to their determination by challenging myself and fundraising for the New Zealand Spinal Trust, who do such an incredible job helping them find their new future.
The strength people draw on to stay positive, motivated and enthusiastic while overcoming such a life changing condition is so impressive it inspired me to run the Buller Gorge Half Marathon on Saturday 10 February, 2018
Please support me in my quest to raise $1000 for those affected by a spinal cord injury or impairment.
