Kaleidoscope Staff

Andrew Hall is the National Program Manager and comes to us with an impressive background. He was formerly the CEO and Board Chair of the Spinal Trust and was instrumental in establishing our current programs.

Anita Hamilton joined the Kaleidoscope team in May 2007 as a part time administration assistant and is now the NZST Finance Manager. Anita brings twenty years’ experience from the banking and financial industry to the role and she enjoys the interaction with her colleagues.

Meika Reid joined the Kaleidoscope team in early 2007 as a Vocational Consultant. Meika herself has had a spinal injury. Meika brings to the team the insights and experience of having trained for and developed a career with paraplegia.

Debbie Le Cren joined the Kaleidoscope team in July 2011 as a Vocational Consultant. Debbie is an experienced career coach with over 16 years working with people at all levels of an organisation and a wide range of industries who are going through changes in their career. She started her career in the New Zealand Air Force as a psychologist and formerly worked for the New Zealand Employment Service as a Special Projects Advisor and at Avonside Girls supporting the careers advisors.

Lesley Jones is our Vocational Consultant based at the Auckland Spinal Rehabilitation Unit. Her background includes providing vocational education, career counselling, training and program management of supported employment programs. Her career began 10 years ago when she graduated as an adult student specialising in career development. She has worked in tertiary, not-for-profit and private business assisting people currently out of the workforce to return to sustainable and fulfilling employment or retraining. Lesley is committed to making a difference by ensuring people are supported vocationally, enabling them to connect confidently with sustainable employment that realises their talents.

Noretta Boland joined the Kaleidoscope team in March 2014 as a Vocational Consultant and is based at the Auckland Spinal Rehabilitation Unit. Noretta has had extensive experience providing vocational rehabilitation services with people who have sustained injuries, which has included working as a self-employed Vocational Consultant in the South Auckland area. She has also had previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant – specialising in co-ordinating placements within the Industrial sector.

Rach Henderson joined the Kaleidoscope team in 2016 as the Administrator and comes with a wealth of skills and passion for our work having successfully competed to the highest level as a Paralympian.
