Coastal Pathway Te Ara Ihutai Wheelie Wander
Sun 23 April, 11am
As part of the Christchurch City Councils Walking Festival, we’re excited to be hosting our own event on Sunday, 23rd April starting at Scott Park on the Main road to Sumner (on your left just after the Ferrymead bridge). The Coastal Pathway is an accessible walk/wheel down to Barnett Park and back, taking in some great scenery along the way. It’s 6km in total return, with the option to ‘bail out’ at Barnett Park if you have a friend or family member to help with your transportation.
Scott and Barnett Park’s are both accessible for parking and toilets.
We encourage you and your family and friends to come and be a part of what we know will be a great day out.
Please remember to bring:
- Water bottle
- Snacks
- Hat
- Warm jacket
- Suncream
